Remi Dunoyer (24497km): Kyeemagh, NSW, AU 2021 FMX Racing - Loftsails RB 7.7 - 36 fin Early session with Bossman before the wind dropped off. https://www.ka72.com/Track/t/456348
George (32558km): Sans Souci, NSW, AU || 5-20 S Hover 122/ XO4.7/Naish 1150 front wing & Stingray 140/ Koyote 6.6/ Naish 1800 front wing. Also tried Kaos 5.7 and the 600 kite wing, but it was too small and unstable for the conditions. So rigged 2 boards, 3 sails, 3 wings and always underpowered. Spent more time changing stuff than foiling, but still good to learn about the equipment. Berowne, Alex and amazing children also on site.
AlfaMale (18525km): Short blast at the destruction site with Georgio, Alexi and his kids... a few kites, jetski's, boats, yachts and border forces. 800cm SB 8.0 Phantom 91 FMX They say not to sail under the bridge. So I went for a sail under the bridge. You shouldn't sail under the bridge! You sail in and everything feels fine, but gets dark... then the sun appears overhead and you think... 'well that was easzeeee splat' as your sail gets TOTALLY backwinded and pushes you in! Both directions... but sans sussi is a nice little bay, low chop but less wind. Had some fun speed runs, without a reference (Dieter your still quicker!). Had some good gybes, tried laying down but that didn't work. One good tack and a few very dodgie. Oh and overpowered breaching downwind... skimmed 3 times... on video. I'll dig it out. Weeee arrgh phew argh phew argh phew and slow. https://www.ka72.com/Track/t/456364 |
