RRD Firestorm with 5.0M Glide & 1400 Redwing Another hot day waiting for the breeze to turn & kick. I knew it might build but wanted to try the new sail, as you do Rigged the 5.0M Glide on a 400 straight out of the bag & it looked sweet, super light & rotated beautiful The breeze was light so it took some pumping early but the sail performed, steady as a rock, hooked in sailing has never felt better. Downwind was better & even carving hooked in & looking for some speed now The wind died a bit & the 6.5M would have been better but the Glide kept me going with a bit of work. Second fastest speed in no wind at all really, the 7.0 Glide must be amazing in light wind Looking forward to Thursday or Friday for another session | ||||||||||||||||||
