I think I should have sailed Kanahooka in hindsight. Gerroa was a washing machine in the northern corner, tricky getting out with the onshore wind, huge chop and a good swell running too. It was still a lot of fun sailing in these conditions, eyeballing some huge walls of water and then gybing down them at each end. Great practice.
