Morning sesh at Peli in a pretty strong easterly that was gusting to 30K. 

WT64 + 7.0 TR9 + 34 CL SL2

Pretty choppy, even in close, so hard to find good runs.

I thought I had a good alpha, after laying down a couple of smoking gybes on the point, but they must have been too wide.

Nice sesh. The strongest easterly I've sailed for a couple of years I reckon.

Quick blast in the corner of the bay,nice flat 300 mtr runs along the bar..Should have checked the forecast last night as i never expected much wind and wld have done the dawn patrol for the strongest wind if i had known :o  6.2 NX,98 Falcon,29 weed speed

My health and fitness are not up to the strong gusts and lumpiness of the Swan, and I had some business in Coodanup, so I headed there for a sail. Missed the strongest wind, but was overpowered in some of the gusts with the 7m sail.

I am still huffing and puffing and tiring quickly bt I enjoyed some downwind runs in the flats

Pelican Point, Wizard 125 / 76 foil  4.2 ezzy wave, late sail in the river (3ish), not too gusty.

Found a foil trap - small float with a long poly line attached, worse thing was I hit it twice!!!

Second time I coiled the rope up so it wasnt quite as long.

had to uphaul and pump a bit which was a change. 

Had a good sail at Pinnaroo yesterday but forgot the GPS only issue was a bit weedy. 5m

Who put the gust in AuGUSTa! Sooo gusty in the inlet, plenty of wind in short bursts. The leeward side of the channel was getting pretty chopped up so bare-aways kept you on your toes. The 6.2 was more than a handful once the wind really booted in. Still a great experience to sail somewhere new. Kiters were loving it.

Pelican Point, WA

Caught the tail end of the easterly this afternoon. Went out on the Cruise Missile with a 7.0 Loft RB and 24cm Stealth fin. Going to try again tomorrow morning as looking promising. Hope to catch a few Pinnas out for an early session.
