Great day on the water with the medium wing

Kyeemagh, NSW, AU. SE 15-17kn. JP135 Hydrofoil, SB GTR foil, 7.0 Severne Reflex. Very similar to yesterday's session but slower - surprisingly lumpy for the wind strength. Tried the 7.0m this time (7.8m yesterday) and had some good runs but really struggled to maintain ride height over the chop - great dolphin impressions! Had a couple of big stacks, including getting my big toe caught on the back strap as I was trying to take it out which destabilised the board, angling it onto the upwind rail and launching it into the air so I landed flat on my back bending both big toes back in the process. Very sore feet today! Got half way thropugh gybes in flight so some progress there.
