Queens Beach - a quick sail with Ian. Tried Patrik 87 and and Gun GSR but hard to keep in the water. Left my wave kit at home as wasnt expecting wind to be so strong. Ian kindly lent me his Acid latter which I used with Voodoo 4.2

Strong SSE. Chasing the right sail and board sizes as the wind built. Became very strong and I even went back home to get the wave board at one point. Blown off the water eventually. The 2 sec is a spot pb for me. This was on the 6.5 and Cross carbon 94 during the first hair-raising laps of the bay. Have been moving the mast foot back on that board and it seems to be getting faster. Later tried the Cross 84 with the Tiger 5.0 and Select Hiwind 29. This was very good - lots of speed and rock solid in the water. It all got too much though, and changed to the Acid 80 but just a couple of runs later the wind was too strong so I gave up. Glenn took the Acid with his 4.2 and looked very smooth and comfortable until about 6pm.
