1st time I've sailed the WT in 6 weeks and first time in the chop. I was actually a bit scared at first and dreaded gybing. There was a lot of fresh in the water and with  polarisers on the water looked black with lots of  foam and looked about 20kts..it wasn't..

The chop was big for the wind strength 30-70cm and I needed the footstraps but there wasn't enough wind to use them. Lucky I had my nice new grippy booties..

I only got going a few times. Jeff , Byron , Muzz on foils plus a windsurfer.

SSE-6-12 kts - Warm up foil for the NSW Slalom event that ended up being the only sail all weekend. (we wont mention Saturday, Muz) Had several over the nose excursions due to driftwood in the lake which wasnt visible from the surface. Great to see everyone. A shame the conditions let us down but I still had a blast off the water! Thanks to all our volunteers.
