Supa Cruzie day At Stansbury with a crowdSurprised Cracker day just blasting about on the big gear Loft 7m RB CA SL101 FF22. Just nice to be out sailing out to the whit spoyt and back as the tde dropped the runs got shorter sailing on the smooth. Every one headded back in (for a lunch break Undecided) so after a couple of laps went in to see what the pow wow was about. Just as i did the wind seemed to drop at low tide. After the tide has come back in for 30min or so the wind seemed to kick back in a bit so back out on the smooth With Hoppys Tricky killer (Falcon 102 did get my peak on that but dont tell hoppyLaughing) but the wind was less than the morning session over all as steady 15-17 most of the session but a bit of 12 -19 knots just to tease us. Thanks for the Loan of the Board Hoppy & the beerTongue out

Busy at home so shot down to boggy for a quick sesh after the jobs were done.

Used my new 7.9 ka from Tricky and safe to say me and the sail ain't friends yet. Cam rotation of the ka race is shocking. Sail felt strange and hard work for the entire sesh. Tried more downhaul but the same. Going to try it on my other 460 mast and maybe on my 490 mast. Hope we can learn to get along some day 🤣🤣.

Fun sesh though and great to see some familiar faces 😀

Stansbury 12-18 SSE

FF102, GPS7.3, FF22fat then SXs90, GPS7.3, FF22sid

Seven windsurfers out today on the bay. Got there early to sail long with the guys. Rigged big hoping to be blasted off the water as the wind built in the afternoon. The wind did not build and it ended up being a half powered but enjoyable sail. Came in and swapped to thge SXs90 but should have stayed on the Tricky killer FF102 which got the peak i thinkWink.

Coupla beers after and a nice BBQ topped off a great day with the guys. Thanks J

Cheers

Stansbury 12 to 17.

Early start with Tricky, J and Hoppy to do some k's but the wind had different ideas.  The forecast was for 15 to 20 all day and when we arrived would have been 15 to 20 but by the time we rigged it dropped back.

We got on the water as Casey arrived and later Dave and Simon turned up.  Good crew out on just a cruisy day with just enough wind to have fun.

Headed in for a lunch break and by the time we headed back out dropped on low tide.  We waited and the wind picked up as the water rushed back in.

Good to see a decent crew out and thanks for the drinks Hoppy and Casey and the BBQ J - was very nice - cheers.

Patrik 100 / 2020 7m ka race / Fangy FF21 speed (hit no razor fish today - Fangy Wink).

Stansbury, SA, AU. Bit under done on 6m NCX, 109 Supersport and 26 MUF slalomweed, but when the forecast finally settled last night (The forecast changed 4 times in the past 3 days), it was spot on I think.

Pics from today. Me, Dave and riff-raff Cool
