Melville Beach, WA, AU  Had my physio appointment at the exact moment the wind came. After the session headed straight down to see Reg cutting it up. You beauty!    Rigged up and the wind died the moment I got on the water...seems like Reg had used it all up.  You are supposed to share Reg!   Did a few laps and got planning once so gave up as Reg was struggling too which meant I had no chance.  Not much of a backup for Reg. Same light wind kit as always.

"One can only do what one can do with what one's got"  Not a lot of wind today but the Patrik 120L yacht, 7m Mach 2 and 42 cm FHot fin did what they could. Best for day was a few 17 knot gusts at about 1.30pm.

Wasnt sure if the NW was going to boot in hard so brought both the foil and fin. Foil was the go, even though I said I wouldnt foil Melville again due the sandbars. Luckily the tide was high so only skimmed the odd shallows. Can't see myself foiling here too often. The mocca coloured swan wasnt overly enticing!
