Greenpark hut. This place is so windy at times. Rigged the 5.1 while blowing a gale. First run 30knots. What the hell? Underpowered and thinking ive rigged to small. Then in it came again. Really shallow. 20cm fin with 25cm of water. Couldnt get too close to the bank. Maybe 10 metres of the bank was as close as i could get. Felt a couple of touches on the fin, rather scary. Still heaps of fun running at these speeds out into the chop as the run was really square. Aaron on fire with some possible record speeds for here. Really need an extra 30kg if i had any chance of catching him, Well done. Really good to see him flying down the course. Needed to hold onto my NM a bit longer for some better numbers. And get myself an adjustable outhaul. FF 50, R6 5.1, Lockwood 20 stb assy

Adrenaline plus.  Turned up at Greenpark and it started to get super windy(only because I had left my 5.6 at home though right lol)

By the time I had rigged it had blown about 250mm of water away.   Made for a super sketchy day not near the banks and doing some scary bearoffs into the lake moguls.  Dan came and the wind shut down for a bit just enough for him to change something before it luckily came cranking through again.  He's did pretty well in the chop on such a big board in crazy conditions.

Got a couple pb's new national record for the nautical mile and a new personal highest speed and new highest ten second average.

Pretty wrapped.   Used a 2020 6.2 duotone for the first time things pretty impressive. Wind 15-40knots

Board Mykz SPz 47 wide 70litre and Mykz 21asy G10 fin.

Thanks again to mike without his gear and advice I'd still be sub forty.

Christchurch Estuary, NZ ..Very enjoyable sail. Pleased to score an Alpha, as I felt like the tide with the wind had been washing me a bit wide.
