Melville Beach, WA, AU Bit of a winter frontal kind of day but nice to be on the water. Didn't have a lot of time so stayed local and fluffed around Melville. Had a couple of nice runs around liunch but wind seemed to drop off pretty quickly. Good to see Boz and Woody making the most of it.

Nice pleasant arvo on the big girl. Was up and down a bit but really enjoyed staying on the 137.

Gusty and full of holes in the wind but still enjoyable with a few gusts coming through. Good to catch up with Woody, Jase and Andrew, probably more time spent chatting than sailing today.

Fun sesh at Peli in a fresh Sou'wester.  Pretty powered up on the M137 + 7.6 TR9 + 42 CF combo.

It was chop city when I first got out, with lots of yachts and stinkboats messing up the place.  It smoothed out later when all the yachts went in.

Had some fun drags with Hooksey at the end of the day, good fun pacing each other across the river.  Also good to catch up with JJ on his new Windtech sled. Cool

Scaled the wall and had a fun day after being tied up with work for a couple of weeks.

Should've stayed out for one more run.

Ran into Lunny, Flatchat, Windxtasy and Mr Windxtasy... and a stingray.

Enjoyed chatting with Stroppo, Muf-fin.

Fangman took off before I could shove some fishheads in his Nazimobile.

15-20 knots autumn breeze, mostly underpowered with the 6m but still works with this board.

The longer length (257cm) glides through the lulls. Add in a little suspension and the gusts and chop become fun Cool

Great to catch up with Hooksey and Greg.

Coodanup, WA, AU M91, 5.7K, 24FF

A late start but a cruisy session at Coodanup. A bit less wind than last week (15 - 20 kn) so I rigged my ol' fave 5.7 Koncept. Lots on the water when I arrived but I was last off the water and most had left when I came in. It was good to catch up with some of the Mandurah Mob and Rob of the Pinnaroos at least, I only got to wave to Lunny and Tim in passing.

It was one of those days when the set up feels very balanced and relaxed. Possibly the best session I have had on the 91, except for the fact that I did not gybe well today. The hour includes quite a few dropped gybes, mostly on starboard tack, where I feel quite the gumby.Never the less, today was my fastest hour since 2014.

I need to work on tightening the gybes. I had one that would have been a PB today if the radius was less.

A bit of winter chill in the air but the sun came out later and I got to see the sun setting over Coodanup again. Definitely a top 10 Fangy day.

Watermans - cloudy and cold. Only part of the session recorded I suspect but it has the feel of the thing.

Time to get the winter wetty out if it carries on like this.

After scaling the pinna proof fence...what a fun session here. Started off quite gusty and averang 14knts. The small kit I brought was definately going to be underdone. Luckily the winds became more consistent and picked up later in the day. Quite a good turnout of mobsters and coasters along with Lunny , Rob and later Anita. After my last sail here about a month ago, i sought out a more raked weed fin to tackle the weed. I can say the Tribal SuperWsp27 proto felt like it tracked really well but still didn't point upwind as had been hoped. Also found that the forward set of this fin was giving a real no front foot pressure compared feeling compared to the other Wspeeds. More tuning required but feel like this fin here will good.

SB i87, Evo9 7.0, Tribal Swsp27 proto.

Sad face, I just realised my nautical mile didn't count, I must have stopped a few centimetres short.
