Tricky Bogan (21417km): Short but sweet session, cut short by snot gobbler duty. On the subject of Fangy the Crusher got a work out crossing the spit on an unusually low winter tide. Isonic 87 Loft RB 6.3 FF20. got a start on Hoppy who was fixing a roof, Had a nice start the cranked a hands off jibe, missed judged & just flicked the boom latch open & tits up in the drink with the boom head disconnected down by the uni jointspend 5 min in the cold water rerigging (it could have happed were I could touch) Started an Hour then saw Hoppy roll up & the wind dropped a smitge making planing jibes hard work. then not even planing out. Hoppy headded out & it picked up a bit but still up & down. Cut the session as the wind seemed to kick in a bit Hope Hoppy gets a good session. But Northley seem a bit fickle so it could build or die Bunta Session | ||||||||||||||||||
hoppybogan (25813km): Stansbury, SA, AU NNW 17-23 FF102,GPS6.6, 28 Lessacher weedy That was great fun! Went out with the big stuff and the wind came in strong. Sailed inside for a while but headed out over the back as soon as possible to sail with Tricky. Some nice gybes but came off on a couple in the hour. Tricky signalled he was going in. I stayed out for half an hour more and had great fun but it was chopping up so called it a day. Well pleased |
