Joined Bender at glory holes for an attack on our distance category. Didn't work out all that well, just to up and down.

Had a few nice downwind runs but they weren't very fast.

Rigged for the conditions when I arrived, put the 5.3 on the 48 with the new 19.5 woody weedy. The fin feels a bit better, but still screams, but perhaps not quite as loud, will try putting an angle on the trailing edge.

Wind eased off and I was spending to much time grovelling in between the gusts, put the 6.0 on the 53 with the 25cm 35deg, this combo had me planning most of the time.

Ratz arrived late arvo, good to catch up again.

2nd week of holidays. Great fun sail with Decrepit. The wind varied between 12knts and 30knts. It was all over the place. Did most of my km's on the 102/6.2M. Got to have a short bladt on the 5.6m/CA40 combo. It will go fast in consistant strong winds. Finished the day in the 7.8m/122 and went just as fast as i did earilier in stronger wind on the smaller kit.Surprised

JP Slalom VI 65, Gaastra Vapor 7.1m, JP weed 36cm.

What a way to end a shite day (literaly), overpowered, junky and very funky.

The day started with trying to send emails to a customer I was to see today, computor shat itself 3 times, so I gave up and eventually toddled of down to Collie around lunch time. Today was one of those day when I'm gratefull I carry bog roll in the carEmbarassed, Today was the day when I was glad it was on the front seatYell.

The drive back from Collie was nervous, the wind was dropping so I thought The session was a dung deal, Chatting with Snides on way back I lost concentration and there may have been a shart incedent (when I lost my train of thought SteveWink) .

Eventually got home feeling marginally better thinking I had nothing left to give so quickly hooked up the trailer expecting to rig big but planning on toddling of to the shops if there was no one there, Fortunately for me Stroppo was there rigging so my fate was sealed.

Rigged the 7.1 even though there was a bit of a squall coming through as the wind was supposed to back of around 4, unfortunately Huey doesn't read the forecast as it just got stronger.

The wind had a fair amount of West in it making the run all quite junky, but by crikey it was fun, each run getting launched going through the junk near the rock garden, even the "smooth"??? stuff was flighty.

Wasn't pushing it to hard tonight, flagged it when the wind went silly.

Whole lotta fun capped of when Stroppo comes in on his final run screaming into shore, does a huge lairy arsed tail stall, only to be hit but a gust then hit a ramp, get airbourne launch then collect the next piece of chop with the board still at 45º, his eyes got a little opened up as he had a quick look around the front of the mast before getting under controlCool

he commented "That'll look good on the video" I had to agree it was speckyLaughing Unfortunately recording the video requires you install an SD card before you go outEmbarassed Muppettism is contagiousLaughing

Good times good times

Had a nice view of the big flag hanging from the crane at the Fiona Stanley hospital site from my hospital bed. Very frustrating laying there watching the squals come through. Ahhhhhh bugger
