Pitt Water Causeway, TAS, AU. Isonic 107, OD 7.8 and 38 Vector

Had a great sail until the wind completely died out. So lucky to get back in as my runs were 7km across. Happen to be back near where I launched as it shut down.

Nice long runs, trying to keep up with Steve Cool water is pretty cold but good motivation not to drop any jibes :) pretty windy at times but couldnt get it together today. fun sail though

That was freeeeezzzzingggg. Up & down a bit, didn't really feel like going for it as the body wasn't operating very well in the cold conditions. Still good to get out for a blast though.

Great work Fletch, well done on the NM PB. Looked like you were sailing well when I saw you

Cheers Steve, glad we didn't get stranded in the middle when the wind dropped!!

Turned up at Pitt Water just before Steve came in - lucky I didn't get there 30 min earlier, I would have gone out (just in time to be becalmed). Fletch, great work on the NM and the 1 hour backup for Steve Cool.

Yes Fletch super lucky. It started dropping a few minutes after you came in. Your timing was perfect. I might have to re-think those long runs because quite a few times its happened. Glad you didnt get out Tim and get stuck.

Nice speeds Kaz. Didnt feel too cold being just above 10 degrees....

I found the water temp really cold. Fell in a few times & got ice cream head even with the helmet on! Some good strong gusts came through at Dorans, you guys would have got good speeds.
