Lake Illawarra, NSW, AU big rrd board 7m loft blade sail wind not quite the right angle for the lake too much south, hard to keep out of  shallows otherwise  smooth sailing and a nice turnup  for a weekday.

Yeah well done on the 30 knot plus nautical mile Keith. Thats really moving over a longer distance.

 

I think the go for speed sailing around here in winter is to head to Canton Beach when the wind is from the south and then to Lake Illawarra when the wind is from the west.

Great Nautical mile Keef. Noted Phil went very fast on Thursday, didn't think there was any wind either?  Spent yesterday on Hill 60 watching the whitecaps.
