Sanctuary Point, NSW, AU - Manta 61 - H2-7.2 - BPWeed38

Great session at SP with TP, Barks, NBR and Matt. Forcast held true with a nice consistent 18knts SSW.

On the water early today, felt great from the get go. Board-sail-fin combo pretty much perfect for the choppy conditions.

Sanctuary Point, NSW, AU

PD SL100 / R5 OD 7.0 / Craig Cole Weedie & PD SL87 / R7 6.2 / Vector 27 Weedie

Sunny southerly with a nice breeze blowing through with the chop almost manageable (that or we're getting used to it). Over thought it a bit and dropped down to the 6.2 / 87 combo but it simply wasn't strong enough. Not a biggie as it was a great day on the Basin with Brenden, Nige, Barks & Matt all having a great sail and finished by around 1pm.

Tried some bearaways in the weed but ended up getting my better speed in the relative chop. Go figure?? Gybes were terrible today for some reason.

Sanctuary Point, NSW, AU 101 Futura 6.5 Ezzy BP 32. A great arvo with TP, Brendan,Barks and Matt, even warm for a southerly. A little too choppy for me to do any good on the 2 sec front.Smile

Primbee, NSW, AU

Falcon 99, OD 7/tribal weedie 31, then OD 6.2 + UFO 40/28

Hit the road early this morning for another trip south to sail from Primbee. Jetlag was out when I got there, but he packed it in when his boom broke :(

I went out cruising on the 7 for a while, lots of weed by the northern side, then later the wind kicked in properly (good timing Terry!), changed down and had a blast,  full on out in the middle, and great swell riding on the long runs back across the other side.

Good to sail with Terry, Gerry and Bruce - Ekkas was looking sharp on his North sail, and Ken out on his  kite looking good also, plenty of other kiters having a fun time out there.

Cheers buddy. Yeah it was nice to maintain some speed without being launched. Good workout for the knees and legs.

Thought you would have smashed your one hour. Must be my terrible ability with maths!!

Great numbers guys. Hats off to you Dezza for tackling the gnar chop on the outside. I'm keen to come down and give it a run.
