Sanctuary Point, NSW, AU 101 Futura 7m Ezzy. Nice afternoon but ended up very light, should have been on bigger gear as I thought it was going to increase. Out with Matt and Ian and Pam.Laughing

Callala Bay, NSW, AU

Patrik Slalom 115 / R8 OD 7.0 / RS 38

Nice one-hour smash at Callala Bay on my Pat Malone. Perfect combo for the conditions.

Some nice pressure coming through however sailing into a super thick sea mist was quite surreal.

Wallis Lake, NSW, AU

NSW GPS event at Forster - warm up day - a nice cruisy slow drive up from rainy Sydney this morning, holding up the traffic behind me Embarassed I turned off from the highway into the Great Lakes district into full sunshine, the drive past smiths lakes is beautiful, I was going to stop and sightsee and drink lattes at blueys beach but could see the trees were bending over in the wind so headed straight to the Wallis Lake sailing club, and of course we all had read the same forecast so carpark quickly filled up, great to catch up and see everyone from past events again. Decided to rig for the windguru forecast not the BOM forecast, so was a bit underdown until the last half hour, but was awesome to get out on the water here and check out the sailing on offer in a NE. Followed Andrew and Ian out past the weed bed over to other side of the lake, great run across and back. The weed island is amaizing, solid and no sailing through it, interesting its so unusually shallow here just like the south coast spots have been in recent weeks. Great to catch up with everyone and looking forward tomorrow, I think we are in for a good day.

Nice runs that are close to 4km in length = 1Hr potential. Just need to smooth out the chop!

Nice pic Dezza! I  was too slack to set up my go pro..I think I should have gone over the other side.I missed those long runs..

Lucky you didn't stop at Wallis picnic area to eat..

I bought a burger.sat to eat it,opened my mouth to take the first bite and something whacked me in the shoulder..

A kookaburra had dive bombed from behind and taken half the burger! I finally noticed the plaque on the table saying 'don't feed the kookaburra as they can become aggressive and then we gave to remove them".

Ate the rest of lunch with the burger held under the table and crouching down to take each bite..😂
