NSW slalom/gps series, round 5 day 1, plenty of wind, not as much as yesterday although it was enough for what we came for, 2 great sessions to knock out a 2 sec, a NM and an alpha, nice way to mix up the comp Murray. Went out underpowered for first session, thinking it would come in hard like yesterday, still got planning but couldve done with a bit more sail and board, second session it really picked up and I came back in for smaller gear. Perfect set up here at wallis lake, plenty of grassy rigging area, heaps of sailing area, big long runs. Thanks to Greg who brought up the Marmong boat and had it out watching over us during the races. Very impressed Jonesy made the trip down from Qld last night to join the event, even more impressed with his windsurf van. Fingers crossed for more water time tomorrow
