Fantastic way to end the week with a blast on the Harbour. Great wind really powered up on 6.3m. Water was really lumpy and choppy. I was on my 103l was good to push this in tough conditions Good to line up against Chris, he was slightly faster but had good speed considering was on my 103l today, would have been more comfyand able to push thorugh the chop better on the 87.

Christchurch Estuary, NZ ..Exocet RS1 (80 litres), Severne Overdrive 6.2, Select 32-33cms fin ..My best ever Alpha, and only the second time I've broken 20knots - And actually the first time both my GPS's have shown a figure over 20, so I'm really happy about that. The watch gave 20.784 and my other GPS gave 20.783 - surprisingly close!
