2176 days ago Another Primbee classic Westerly, and so early in the season. Headed out at lunch once the wind arrived, lots waiting to see how it would pan out. Water level was nice and low so it made for some relatively flat conditions, considering there's no weed to speak of. Great to catch up with so many on the water and in the carpark. Smiles all round!!!
iSonic W49, Gun GSR 7.1, UFO 20/50/10 (got the PB's on this setup). Changed to the Gun GSR 6.3 when I got tired. Felt much lighter in the hands and easier to crack a few more 40kt runs.

Man the lack of sailing this year has hurt my fitness i'm buggered. Was a good day love the westerlies, mxr/ufo no substitute, changed my fin after lunch noticeably (even at my level) more grip and faster. Good turn out, good to see everyone.

Session after work, wanted to arrive earlier but had a few breakdowns to attend to. A lot of the crew had been out since lunch, the Jet man looked like he was flying again so made the sail size decision and hit the water about 3pm. It's been a while for my speed board and 5.8 combo, the setup felt good in the bigger gusts, they had a bit of a kick to them at first, and the water state was good too. Sailed till late and left happy with my first winter westerly.

A tad rusty on the small kit and couldnt really get it dialed for speed today but stoked to get out there in some seriously windy westerly conditions again. Fin slightly too big for the shallow water bear aways and one resultant catapult snapped the harness line and ended the session. Anyway spare lines now in the car for next time.
