North Warp 7.0, Mistral Speed 95, Tribal Weedspeed 25.

Pleasant for half an hour, then all hell broke loose with 45+ knots gusts belting through and water up to the second pole.....

Primbee, NSW, AU 89 falcon 7m sv od mxr fin

a zero to mega westerly, i used to small a fin for the chop and also struggled to push up wind with it. lesson learnt. but loved getting out for a sail and seeing everyone, also my gps was off for half the day must have bumped the button.

Short but sweet little session @ Primbee.

A heap already out by the time I arrived. Wind looked pretty weak, so I rigged 7.1 and Naish SP95. Had two runs and it suddenly filled in. Got a 39 on the Slalom so went in and swapped to the W49 and threw on my 6kg weight vest. Water was very deep and choppy so I went for the 24cm fin instead of the usual 18cm. Got a few decent runs, including a white knuckle 40 until the wind went ballistic and the water state went with it. Pulled the pin and went back to work. Good to see so many out on the strip.

Gun GSR 7.1, Naish SP95 with UFO24/50/10 then iSonic W49 with UFO 24/50/10.

Primbee, NSW, AU.

AB 78L, 16 OD Proto 5.2m, MXR 20 Speed.

Got down there around 2pm and rigged a 6.2 then watched the wind go ballistic with 48 gusts measured on the pole. I rigged the 5.2 and waited. The wind dropped a little, enough to actually get out there and get a few runs in. The chop was high but the fin held it well. Great to catch up with everyone again.

You had to be there to see what Nudie was using but he was dressed in a full length 3/2 NP black wetsuit and matching beanie.
