Holloways Beach, QLD, AU

Silly Solo Desperado in 6~12kn ESE...  Did more dredging than the actual dredging boat... Yell

Rigged Severne 8.6M2 with Venom 48 & "Big Woody" Futura 124

Only highlight was seeing a BIG Shark torpedo out of the water, barrel and spin creating a big splash about 2kms off the beach- apparently bull sharks are known to do this when the water temperature rises! Surprised

"Long May our Big Jibs Draw!"

Peel Inlet, WA, AU Great final day at Peel inlet.

Got on the water at 2 pm & had 16-20 for starters but it gradually increased as the afternoon progressed .Went for an hour initially ,then alphas ,then the wind picked up a notch to finished with some speed runs.

So Much fun ..!!

Used the Iso 107 ,Evo 10 7m2 & Tribal Delta 22 -really nice combo for today .

Got off the water at ~ 4pm & i reckon the wind increased

Great finish to my 9 days in WA .

Thanks to Hardie for his incredible hospitality ,Mike for his generosity with technical advice /repairs ,Elmo for the "tape  " & sail repair kit .

Hopefully you got your 40 JP..!!SmileCool

I'll chalk this one up to a tuning run, just trying to get the 8.5 dialled in for light days. Aside from the odd gust where I could pump onto the plane briefly, there was just no way I could defy the lays of physics with 95kg in 10-12kNts.
