Lake Weyba, QLD, AU. 108 Exocet xmove 7 m turbo

Wind, no wind, heaps of wind, rain with no wind, rain with wind, blinding rain, dredging wind. If there are any other types of wind we probably had it as well today

On the big gear and was powered up and sometimes maxxed in the later stages.

Strong SSE. Very rough incoming tide. Spectacular lighting this afternoon with dark squall clouds, a giant rainbow and low sun illuminating the waves and whitecaps. Despite the roughness this was a great afternoon.

Used these combinations:

1. Cheetah 6,5, Cross carbon 94, S09 33 (quickly overpowered)

2. Cheetah 5.5, Cross 84, Select Hi-Wind 33 (nice but perhaps a little soft and jerky)

3. Cheetah 5.5, Cross carbon 94, S09 33 (excellent and the smoothest)

7.0 Simmer SCR, JP Slalom 112, 35 BP

Decent sail for the first session of the year Smile

Got the 2 second peak with right hand forward rather than left hand forward down the Southerly bank.
