TOW exercise only. 65cm board, 6.6 koncept 29cm@45 weedy.

Very strong storm surge again, so high water, very light wind. Waterstarting was by no means easy. My back wouldn't like uphauling so I stayed within my depth, mad efairly short runs, so the couple of times I did get on the plan I had to abort, Would have liked to have followed hardie over the channel but wasn't game, especially after having cramps in both calves.

Liptons, exercise session in very light winds, good to xatch up with Decrep and Basil
