Kalmus, Cape Cod. 4th foil session in 5 days. All the windsurfers had left the water by the time I got to the beach today because the wind had dropped. I was perfectly happy on my 6.5. Waves today in SW wind were not as nice as yesterday in SSW, or 2 days ago at West Dennis in SE, but there was plenty of fun to be had. I even managed a few dry jibes in the flat sections, touching down briefly but coming out with speed, which I count as a success (never mind that Nina foils through almost all of her jibes with the wing). The water is plenty warm already - a couple more weeks, and we should be able to switch to 2 mm short sleeve suits. I love Cape Cod in late spring and summer!
