996 days ago Kalmus and Egg Island, Cape Cod. Foiled first, then switched to the slapper when the wind picked up a bit, and went to Egg Island. Not perfect since a boat was in the way and the wind had a bit too much south in it, but still fun. The direction was WSW when we left, and again once we had derigged, with the Kalmus-typical boost of an extra 10 mph, which raised averages to 30-35.
Looks like the outer sandbar that connects Egg Island with Great Island is eroding. At low tide today, it was just barely above the water - so Egg Island is turning back into a real island.
