Coodanup, WA, AU   Arrived to 30+knots gusting to crazy but wind dropped to 20 then 15.  Rigged 6.5 and headed out.  Had a short blast at a nice 20 knots heading upwind in the pond when the wind dropped to bugger all again...chugged around for 30 mins waiting for something to happen and wishing I had rigged bigger...was about to give up when the wind hit big time and was serious overpowered and gusty.  Then dropped again, then up, it was a no win situation.   The high tide meant no sign of flat water.  Tried to hang on for a bit but needed a much smaller sail.   Was baby sitting my oldman who was watching in the rain getting cold so pulled the pin.  Headed to Melville to check it out but everyone coming in and only Slowboat heading out.  Not inspired to head out.  Was good to get out again after a bit of a break. 120 Tabou rocket, 6.5 Severne Turbo, 22 FF
