Coronation Beach, Wavesailing 5.2m wavesail, wave baord 20 to 25kts, 3m swell

Getting old is fabulous when you consider the alternative, had a sensational windsurf today 20 to 25kts fully powered on a 5.2 wavesail. However ageing brings you to moments when you realise certain things have passed you by.  Sailing on a 75 Litre sinker wave/slalom board is such hard work after 3 runs I was totally exhausted the transitions taking off, gybing, coming out of the gybing and water strating are so energy intensive I'm done with it, it's passed me by.  By comparison my floaty 100lt wave board was a delight (edited)

Peel Inlet, WA, AU Tabou Speedster 85 KAR7.1 Fangy 28 Very low water. I went out with great expectations and had the CA SL62 ready to go. I think that’s where I went wrong.... It was pleasant though cool and a fair bit of dredging but enjoyable all the same. I was joined by a couple of kiters on 14 m kites towards the end though had it all to myself otherwise. It’s tiring not going anywhere 🤪
