7.9m 82cm 33wsp. That was fun! unexpectedly good. Missed the switch and shift so rigged big, and it came in a bit later. Went over to Pt walter at first but there was no guts in the wind so headed back. Came across a bunch of slightly stressed teenagers in a blowup toy raft not knowing how to paddle and getting ready for a 5km drift through boat channels on Sunday afternoon. Told them to hang on, and went back to Melville- told Jay who rang the rescue and sailed back to see where they were at. Fortunately a small boat with family on board came to their aid. And then the wind picked up! yeeeehar.
