Flex (15736km): Melville Beach, WA, AU. Got there early as yellow arrows and had to leave early. Boz was there optimisically rigged with a very shinny but very tiny new sail. Went out, scored one gust but otherwise was a chug fest. Highlight has a few dolphins doing their stuff. When got closer, saw that one of these dolphins was a small man dressed as a seal swimming sort of randomly. Gave up at this point only to find out this swimmer was Reg who it appears had given up on the wind. Wind decided to boot in at this point so went of for a quick blast but Cinderella time was upon me so had to leave the best of the wind to Reg. Same big gear as last few days.
Reg (3745km): Wellll....it was sunny! My latest passtime is dodging flocks of ding bats or wing dings or whatever they are called. Anyway on a lighter note, Mr Dunkerbeck has recognised my elderly gentleman efforts in his Speedsailing challenge. Of course I cannot compete with 110kg toung men but I can compete with all those chaps who have survived the ravages of life to reach Seventy plus! See below.
tailwind (7476km): Cottesloe, WA, AU First foil sesh at Dutchies, not alot of wind but certainly more entertaining than the river |
