820 days ago 1 categories Kyeemagh, NSW, AU, Shell Servo. The big Southerly that wasn't. 16-20kn occasionally gusting 30kn out of nowhere. Goya 94 Quad (briefly), then RS5 122L with NP Hellcat 5.7m, JP 36cm. Wierd rollercoaster of wind, up and down every 20-30 minutes. One run overpowered on the wave board, then bogged. Easier going on the big slalopm but only just enough sail to keep going... until a 30kn squall cam through and was able to let loose downwind over the tops of the chop. Interesting day!
