Nauli (21279km): 8.6 R7; F-R 130; FB 42...Melville Hot,...light wind
Darryl (25155km): Peli point, foil, Pat 91 Hg 9.0, SB 725 +115 255 Fun foil with Stringer, thought there would have been more out. Breeze actually kicked for a short period so was bit over done on the 9m. Can definitely feel the weaker knee on starboard:)) but great to get out
Nelson d Foiler (31112km): Lake Geoge, SA RRD Firestorm 120L with 7.0 T-bird & 21cm Black Project Fugly Met Andy & Jill from the Bridesmaids in the caravan park here in Beachport, SA. They kindly led us out across the dried up lake bed to Cockies Point for a late light wind session. Unfotunately the wind was minimal & I only got 2 short runs across the wind on Port tack. Can see how easy the numbers would come here as it's definately the flattest water I've ever seen Not sure how to pick a sail size as there is no inication of any wind on the water Definately not a foiling spot
Annie (12994km): 6.5 T4 & 94 cross. Lake George SA Big effort for 2kms. Nice to meet Andy & Jill, thanks for the insight into local conditions. |
