3 hour wind window matched up with the 2hour high tide window

I arrived late to find two sailors on the beach, why are you not out on the water I ask? we didn't bring a small enough sail...5.8 slalom is too big was the reply.  Followed by the question what am I rigging.......well I only bought my 6.3 so I guess I will go on that . Not sailing for a month and being lighter than them I was a bit worried.  But the KAR 6.3 was great! Sure is was choppy as and I had to let a few of the big gusts go bye but it was a great session. 

Had less downhaul on after getting expert advice and this felt good. Could not convert all the power to speed but I have some thing to try when it less choppy. 

Nelson - Atawhai high tide.  Wind NNW 20-30knots.
