Albany, WA, AU A last minute decision, dash to Albany to catch the late arvo. Water was flat as but just needed a bit more wind. Lots of North in the wind. Fun pacing with the Antman both of us on mistral 47. Came a cropper on one gybe foot in water so did the splits which wasn’t too bad but the deck of the mistral scraped quite a bit of skin of my left shin, still was great zipping down the flats. Warning to late arvo sailors the crab net was out in the middle lucky my fin went over the rope, also a couple sizeable rays lurking about. Mistral 47 KAR 5.7

Rocked up late straight out. 6.2nx Mistral 47 delta16. Plenty of power flat as a pancake. Well happy!

Good hour Reg, and a good distance too. Congrats on the PB. That hour is better than our scoring hour for this month.

How much wind was there?

Boz, work is as nasty as Covid as k Waricle and Decrepit and Flex.  Regarding the "machine" description, I do have a titanium spine and a titanium shoulder and a pacemaker and I am a mechanical engineer so, I think I qualify as a machine.

Anita, it was 13 to 18 knots and tide was too low for Point Grey, so I just dodged back and forth across the channel taking to the air every now and then.
