LG from 5mile, N then NW 30 to 33 with some heaving gusts coming through on top.
stoke 117 5.7 KAS, JP 70 slalom with 4.9 loft and 24 choco weedy.
had 2 hours before the other Bogans where gunna arrive so after catching up with Chis D started off out the front on the old stoke with 5.7 KAS doing figure 8's but was soon doing 34's going into my gybes so changed to my Loft 4.9 racing blade as wanted to get it setup as first time using SDM mast and cams different Severne boom with 30 lines. got it sorted so out on the little JP slalom and went up wind to the spit amd doing runs into Uncle Kevs had a 39.98 first run then a full stack of 39.s on my watch thought sit penny told me to grow balls today then had the most scariest run just hanging on not trying to die and had a peak of 41.98 Whoo Hoo.
when Chris D tells you its too windy for him bloody hell. was times when fully stacked and looking ahead into heaving water. the gusts where insane at times. enede up not gybeing just stopping and getting some courage up to go again, ended up pulling out when getting a bit weary amd staying in one peice. bloody hairy trying to get back a couple k's downwind to the car.
Good time had by all 5 Bogans and 1 speed demon and a couple PB's I think, good to meet Cracken Bogan properly for the first time.

Lake George, SA, AU - 30 to 35.
Yeehar - what a day with Tricky Bogan and 3/4 bogan, Beachport bogan, Dimond and Cracken bogan. Windy at home couldn't sleep all night and was thinking of the great forecast and studying numbers till all hours of the morning.
Tricky and 3/4 turned up just before 7am - hooked up the trailer - Tricky decided to adjust 3/4's board with my garage and we headed off.
Arrived for a coffee and bacon and egg refreshments at Tailem and fuel and piss stop and back on the road.
Talked some bogan talk and strategies and discussed my lack of weight and what sort of numbers we could do - i wasn't sure i could still do a 40 lol.
I relieved Trick and had a drive to break up the trip and then stopped at Kingston for another piss stop and then it was beer o'clock.
Arrived to a 20 odd knot breeze and dimond, cracken and beachport out on 6.3 x 2 and 4.9. We had a quick warm up port.
With the lack of body weight i rigged the 5m and jp speed 45. Beachport talked me into the tribal 21 with the lack of weed on the top and off i went.
A couple of 36 knots peaks on the way up to the flat water and the a 39 and 40 straight up - this is going to be a good day!
Got up the top where Dimond, Trick and 3/4 were and hooked a gust for a 42.2 - yep getting better.
Followed Chris onto the run and bang it pulled me like a train and saw 43.38 on the screen (i nominated my screen peak to be 43.3 at the start of the day :-).
Had the 43, couple of 42 screens and several 41's. Main aim for the day was peak over 40 and 40 5 x 10, hoped for a mile but almost died with the wind direction but failed on the mile.
Didn't touch the gw-60 till the end and saw the 40 knots 5 x 10 - YAY very happy.
Alot of stoke on the water with Cracken and 3/4 with pb's and Tricky bogan with a 40 screen - well done guys.
Great to sail with all you guys again and thanks for the lift Trick and 3/4 and the s^%^ talk sesh on the way and way back.
JP speed 45 / 5m gun sails / Tribal weed speed 21 - 3 litres of water and 2.5 kgs on back.

Up at 4am, got to Tricky's at 5, Captains at 7, then LG by 12. Straight out the lake to meet the guys. The wind arrived soon after and what a blast it was. The plan was to get the monkey off my back, however it was not to be today and only managed a 39. It was great fun though and everyone was happy and really fanging along. No gybes as i was stopping and restarting in the super strong wind. Was great to see the Bogans at the lake again Well done everyone.

Bunta Bogan Blast Road trip with 3/4 Hoppy & Capt Carl Early Start but the time went fast as the closer we got the better the wind blew.
RIgged the 5.2 Isonic49 & 16 Tribal delta solid fin in the choppy work up wind, the 6.2 was plenty giving me a work over on the up wind & didnt seem to have the grunt off wind in the short gusts. Just squeeked over the line for a "40" Smashed out a huge 0ty on the edge over some slop then finnished in supa smooth in Sammys Slot. Couldnt improve my numbers so headded back & rigged the Loft 5.6 found that I could "manage" that just as easy, seemed to have more drive & lift but the wind was backing off so headded back in. Carl nearly gassed us like a Nazi Camp on the way home and the energised Bunny was a bit flat as the trip was a bit quiter than usual, as every one was well & truly work over.
