Karin, morning bura, 15-20 kt, iSonic 111, NP Slalom 7,8, Selct SL35

There was no forecast for bura this morning. I woke up and hit for Karin with litlle hope. But man! There must be some termic situation there, becouse it was blowing only in the bay. So, just for you guys to know, even if Aladin forecast is green-white, probability is that in Karin there will be morning wind!

What to say... If last time was "one of the best!", this one is definitely the best! I was on the water in 06:30, and came out after each 40 km distance, just to drink something. There was some stronger gusts than two days ago, but nice and constant 15 knots + gusts to maybe 22. First hour or so, again it would be better on smaller board and sail, but it was good, I was feeling comfortable, actualy more than that - I was in the zone! It was realy, realy... :-)

Max on one second is more than 34 knots (so this is again my best in Croatia). And 1 mile is... what to say- I was fast! :-))) (I have eleven - 11! - one mile runs over 26 kt!)

The only thing is that nobody was there - it is nice to sail alone in the down, but it would be even more perfect to have company...

Thanks guys. It was realy great. Regarding "big kit" - yes, it is big for speed, but, I have to inform you that I am almost 2 m in hight, and good 100 kilos in weight! :-)) So, for me "big" does not aplyy always on the same scale... :-)))

Actualy, I feel that iSonic 111 can go even faster - chop has slow me down a bit. Suppose that 35 is realistic to expect from this equipment in right conditions...

Great pbs there Adi, well done. You are getting great conditions at the moment.. Is that a Mk1 RS Slalom you are using, I have one and would love to think  may be able to get lover 30 kts on itCool

@evets: It is year 2008, MKII RS Slalom. But no problem, 30 kt - does not mind the sail, they all go like that - it is the rider, like my friend Odin told me, and I came to learn, who is most important...

great score for end of month, and putting point on AEOLUS victory.

Btw respectable numbers, numbers I can only have in my dreams... :)

Yout nautical mile speed is faster then my max speed - RESPEKTTTTTTTTTTTTTTT

Knowing the spot Karin, I think that is one of the fastest maybe the fast one ride there

Riding almost 30 knots with 7.8 full mile on that chop is more then biggest respect ever

Wow,what can I say - great Bro Wink.. Too bad I couldn't come, but at least we discovered Karin as a perfect summer bura spot, so next time, I am coming for sure :)..

Great speeds, specially 5/10 and one mile.. huge distance also Cool..
