Gave up trying for a NM as the swell was about four to five foot and breaking in places.

Thanks Cam. Would be nice if they were a bit closer to yours.

Firie - flat water helps. I'd like to get the CA50 out at yorkies, it would handle the chop easily.

I had a short section at the end of the sandbar and was lucky to get a small gust at the right time.

Most of the water is similar to Yorkies but with less order to the waves, a bit like a washing machine.

Fantastic effort mate. Saw the weather up there this arvo and knew you had to be in it.  A great monsoon sailing session. No one else can claim that in Oz, at least noone in the GTS. Congrats.
