Quick sail to get the PONG's replacement wet.
OH yeh its sweet. It planes just as early as Pong but hovers over the bumps and gives such a sweet smooth ride. One very stoked Bender

Humidity has been beating the crap out of me lately, felt like shite today, hardz gave us a call as I was waiting for my last call, was going to flag it, drove past the run on the way hame, the big fellas ripping around out there, decided going for a sail would make me fell better than a nap on the lounge.
Got down there Hardz is chugging a bit, Still I knowingly rig smaller than him (Need a bigger sail), got out and yeahargh, was having fun, not powered up by a long shot but a definate improvement, got a couple of underpowered runs which was very nice. Wind dropped out as I was heading down the run, had to keep flapping the sail till I got to a bit of breeze to stall gybe followed the instructions from Evets vid (thanks Steve) and somehow or another managed to execute a perfect clew first gybe planing out at the head snapping pace of around 2 knots. Chugged all the way back powered by my back arm flapping the sail as it had glassed of.
Stoked with the session, stoked with the board, looking forward to a bit more puff from the wind next time.
Great fun, Thanks Hardz your recreational therapy is beyond measure

5954 days ago 2 categories Another fun session in SBay .. At first it looked terrible but still just enough for the big gear, so setup the same that yesterday..
Wind was litish and moving WSW to SSW contantly making the water quite choppy! Then the wind settle in one direction and rised few knots, I got a 30 on the dial on the 104 and was getting a bit sporty in the chops (quite impressed how that board can take off nicely in the swell)... so went back to shore and bolted the same sail and fin on the Manta 59... waaaoooh the board felt so lite and small, everything was moving faster... I had a ball The 7.2 did not felt big at all on the 59, I was a bit worried of the fin on the board, but it felt great!! I recon a 8m would even work on this combo!!! managed to get few downwinder on the edge of the pond at the end of the sesh.. good fun good fun
