i was going to head out but way too choppy on the high tide in 25 knots, now the sandbar has just came up and gone crap,ah well week end looks good !

hi guys my name is lachy, im down here in tassie and pretty keen to do some sailing, currently in launceston studying so yeh.

ill have to get some advise as to where to go

we have got wind forecast all weekend but will be an average sail maybe not the best, but will be a good all round sail if your keen. i live in Port Sorell a bit under and hour away from launceston.so will be sailing if there is enough wind when ever.

plus tide is all wrong so will not have the speed run up all day.

or if you keen to drive up Stanley around 2 hours away from (Port Sorell) is a great spot too thats where cam did his 40.tide will get better low tomorrow at 9:52,so if you came you might experience the chop but it aint too bad. but might get on the speed run sunday.

yeh true, al my brother is bringing all my gear over tonight on the boat but i wont be able to make it anywhere this weekend, i need some wheels, there is a plan in motion to combat that so i should be mobile soon enough, but im sure ill be sailing in no time :)
