A couple of ways to do it. Input GPX file to http://www.gpsvisualizer.com/, choose google earth and save the file. Attach the image from the task bar on the commments screen.

Tracks for the 5th January attached. Have now discovered that saving tracks into Foretrex memory is not a good idea as it only saves selected track points due to the limited memory - I believe it is 500 points for each save compared to 10,000 points in the actual track memory so a lot get deleted when you save. Notive that the tracks are a series a of straight lines. Next time I will take my laptop and save each days track.
