Needed to get some time on this kit at the top of its wind range. Managed to tune from monster to supersonic barge as a tweek here and a tweek there made gave me more speed and more control so was satisfying. No wonder I had a nightmere slalom racing the other day. Deck plate needed to be much further fwd.

Was underfinned at first, wind settled a bit and I settled down with my trusty 7m after its operation. It has come through well but still doesnt feel quite as nice as it once did.

I was really pleased with 31.8 considering it was not that windy, my 100nm the other day seems to have done me good

An evening session after the wind had built gradually all day, nice and sunny too

Well done all,

Didn't get back from working in Exeter till gone 1900 absolutely shattered couldn't face more work after a 13 hour shift!

Congrats to Lea managed to get your 2nd 30 knot average, catching The Matrix up on the day not that far behind realistically.

Anyway back to Exeter tomorrow but may get up very early if forecasts holds and get a quick sail in.......

Laters all.

Cheers, Think that downwinder taught me something Pete! And I wont be doing one again with a 31cm caspar speed fin in chop with a 7m.....took me ages to get back upwind. Cant wait for tomorrow, may even get the tabou 54 wet if its a bit more windy than today at low tide.
