Vando,

Someone told me that you now have a two piece board just like mine. I gather you're "not happy Jan Van" Yell

Ha, I haven't seen one of those fish around here since I was about 13 y.o.  Have you spoken to IF yet?

Edit - Ouch, looks like those wingers are a definite weak point

My iS97 - exactly the same break point at the winger (starboard side too)

What kind of fish was it, exactly?

Actually it was 3m Dungong (big sucker), Great white sounds better though.Smile

Yer the wingers would be the weakest spot somthing gotta give, dame those G10 fins are strongWink.

I think the side that broke has more to do with which side the weight was on at the time.

Dont know if any brand slalom board would be able to stand an impact at full speed who knows, I was just lucky it was just the board.

Anyway better keep working so I can get my bonus next month Smile.

Hey Bob, I bet Kel can't wait to get his new iSonics and clip the reef with them Wink  Definitely not a coincidence and as Greenleader expertly pointed out at Burrum, the top layer and PVC layer had been sanded through excessively on the rail at the winger making this the weak point.  Might just have to reapproach issue with *Board irrespective of warranty not covering "impact" events.

Vandoman, I've deleted my posts, the last thing I want to do is upset a mate. Ranting on about another mates crap service here (on your post) was wrong, sorry mate EmbarassedFrown
