Fogland. Warp 71, V8 8.5, 44 cm Tomcat. Just enough wind in the bay to plane consistently, but again not enough wind on the river for distance. Weird wind pattern we have these days in Fogland - lots of changes within a few hundred yards. Actual wind seems a few knots higher than the wind meter indicates. Great warm & sunny day, sailed in thinner booties and just a T-shirt (ok, under the dry suit). 

Another great March day sailing without gloves -- no problem, in a wet suit -- no problem, until in fell in at the wind hole behind the point and spent a fair amount of tiring water time trying to water start in winds coming from this way or that. But still very warm water for the 22nd of March. 135 Starboard Carve and Ezzy Infinity 8.5. I was sailing along fast with Josh A out in the river, but he never passed me. I guess he wasn't used to the local conditions!
