Another beautiful day at the island, only 15kts max today but had a ball again! Sailed with Bindy and great to follow her across the reef flat and hear her Wahwhoos! as she was plaining in the harness. Used the Isonic107 and Overdrive 7.5 again today, starting to love this combo, even though it was so light the efficancy of the board and rig made planing easy and happy to end up with 30 peak!
Love the island!

Another great day in paradise
Drove up to Port Douglas with the family, all the way along the coast it was blowing, yay. Got there and still blowing, rigged my favorite set up and bingo wind dies. Stuff it I go out and can't believe I could get planning but not game to go off the wind, I think this is my slowest speed planning ever, two runs and it was gone, bugger.
A good mate had his mast break way out, after he self rescued I went and helped carry his gear back, about 3K each way twice and all the time watching others sailing again as the wind had picked up again, bugger
All good, it was a nice drive and had a few laughs at my mates expence, he's not happy
