Tough session on a W-NW at Invy, with not much water at times

Gusty westerly. 93L Lorch and 5.0 NP Zone. Gusts showed 8.5kts blowing to 28kts !  Crazy.

Area 45, VIC, Au

Headed to the Pit early but ended up standing around talking as it was too W.  Headed to 45 with kato and had a play which turned out to be great fun.

Wind was howling, so put up my 5.9 koyote!!  At the start there was about 200m of flat water in the middle of the inlet, which was nice but the rest was pretty hectic.  I'd start to get the chop sussed and get comfortable get across the inlet and come back only to find the chop direction had completely changed due to the rising tide.  Pretty frustrating and made it hard work.  Called it a day once it just became too hard to ride the chop, too close together and too sharp.

Headed to kato's for a few frothies and a good feed (thanks Jen) with a hoard of others ready for a Sunday sail.

But the gusty winds meant I had more consistent runs on the 110 Cross
