Gusty arvo sail at Holiways, as i arrived at the beach it was looking very nice so i rigged the 6.7 and and headed out on the 90. Only managed 3 runs before it dropped out and i had to dredge in from the shark net then do the walk of shame back upwind to the van.

By the time i made it back the wind was starting to build again so i swapped boards to the 107 and floated back out to the windline. Once out past the shark net the wind was Ok so i stayed out wide and had a fun sail.

Used 2012 Isonic's 90 and 107 and Overdrive 6.7

Got to the island and there was no wind so grabbed Toody's Isonic 121. Couldn't get comfortable so went back in and changed to the Isonic 97 which felt nice on starboard tack but couldn't get the fin to hold on port tack so back onto the faithful CA53 and had some nice runs until the tide got to low. Changed fins in the 97 to a 34 sting II and went back out wide. Finally the board felt nice and had a nice session until a rain front came through and killed the wind. This is only the second time I've enjoyed using a C3 fin, just got to get the combo right and they can work. All the speeds came from the Carbon Art. If I knew Kel was sailing I would have made an effort.
