Waited until the rain had stopped, while the wind switched from se to sw - I checked The Dip first but sw is not hte best direction so I gave the Manor a try. Al had rigged 6.4 but with the wind very slightly off it was difficult to chose the right sail ??? I went with 7.8 which was ok as I spent the session beating and broadreaching but found it difficult to go fast in the choppy sea and I think I would have been faster with a 6.5 but couldn't be bothered to change! I spent the first hour sailing out to Wadgate post but it was slow as I was beating most of the time into a lumpy sea but sailing broad ironed out the sea little but it wasn't fast :( Still a nice session out in the sunshine - warmest session of the year :)
