Super fun 2 hour sail from 1.30 - a steady 18 to 22 knots.
The Gator crossover sail has to be worked downwind but almost as fast as Monday's session using the KA Koncept - I was able to relax more and pick the best path through the messy swells.
Ocean blasting is the best

Rigged up the 6.6 but changed my mind and rigged up the 5.5 after chatting with a local. Very constant 20-24 knots, forgot how nice it is compared to the rivier. Was comfortably powered up most of the time so I think I could have handled the 6.6. Tide was low again so I was careful not to bump into the weed bank.

I thought I'd better wear my GPS today so I would have evidence that I actually did sail here. My legs were still tired after yesterday's sailing so I came in for a rest and then rigged a bigger sail to go out again, but a rain shower came through and killed the wind. That was not enough to stop Matt Pritchard who did some really nice wave sailing in about 5 knots of wind.
Breakthrough moment - I actually completed a gybe out there!
