Coal Point, NSW, AU

Exocet RS3 and Maui TR9 6.6m. Huge NE 20 kts and times perhaps 25 or more. Massive cross chop everywhere and deep water at the islands.

Didn't enjoy it much at the start, then I decided to forget about going fast and just enjoy sailing the huge swell.

Falcon 113 KA Race 7.1 Venom 38

First sail for a few weeks on my lonesome. Doc says I can begin "moderate" exercise again! Best easterly I have sailed at Valo. A bit choppy but super consistant 20-25kts and was overpowered on the 7.1 at times. Only managed the one bearaway before struggling with fatigue. Tried my first seat harness briefly which was promising but will likely take some time to get used to.

Coal Point, NSW, AU                           Warp 7.0 , Rs4 , vmax 37 and BP spw42

Super strong at times today must have been gusting up to close to 30 at times , NNE . Nowhere to hide today , even the sand islands was choppy .

The lake must be up around a foot , Very draining in the confused huge chop but seriously good fun .

BUMP AND JUMP BABY, I sailed Coalie with Walshy and the swell was horrible, so much so I blame it on my Canmore crashing again. Almost crashed into a pod of Dolphins which was pretty cool but scary at the same time. Great to see you back on the water Boom Boom, take your time getting right we miss you. Went via Marmong on the way home and Cluffy was flying up in the bay, a much better option would have been pretty flat.

Thanks Steve, nice to be back mate. - I don't know. Sue. The docs dont know. Some kind of chronic fatigue thing possibly. Constantly tired, unable to sail without lactic acid almost instantly flooding my muscles and needing to take a break every ten minutes. Have done minimal exercise for weeks but still stuck in non recovery mode. Pretty disheartening but thanks for asking! How far are you away from a sail, Sue?
