Marion Bay, TAS, AU  Nice sail with Steve. SWerly was up and down, and eased off in the end. Lots of weed and the MXR did not shed it well today so kept stopping to clear it. Would have been faster with a cammed sail but was lazy and rigged the gator instead! IS90, Gator 6.5, MXR24

First sail since 27th March which was at Burrum where I ripped my calf mussle. Calf is now fixed and I got the all clear from the specialist last Fri that I can sail again. Wasnt expecting to be back for a least another month so HAPPY DAYS..... Was in the driveway this morning when Tim Gale walked past and said he was going sailing. I was thinking about it before I saw him but it was 8 degrees and freezing. Thanks Tim I doubt I would have gone otherwiseGreat sail with Tim at Marion. The temp never got over 10 degrees but never felt cold in the slightest. Fantastic feeling being on the water again....
